Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Defective items, damaged items, or wrong-item deliveries qualify for free returns or free reshipment.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exchange Service

We support size exchanges and style exchanges for all customers. If you need a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.

Final Sale Items

Discounted clearance items are eligible for standard return and exchange services unless otherwise marked.
